Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred
- ability to read and understand simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members
- ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money
- ability to operate computer point-of-sale system
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Food Handler Certification is required
- TABC Certification is required
- constant standing and walking
- occasional stooping and kneeling
- occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 40 pounds
- occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
- constant work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment
- frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrists and spine
- constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
- constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word
- constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification
- TABC Certification

- ability to perform basic math including addition and subtraction of two and three-digit numbers and handling American money
- exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make guests feel comfortable and cared for
- answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages promptly
- prepare final bills and process payments
- perform side work as required at start and end of shifts
- monitor guests' dining experience for satisfaction
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- communicate guest feedback to managers
- assist fellow servers as needed
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
- work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
- complete server training to gain strong menu knowledge
