Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking
willingness to comply with food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
ability to communicate clearly and effectively
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work well in a team environment
attention to detail and multitasking skills
basic math skills for handling customer checks

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
promptly pick up and deliver food orders
ensure the customer is well attended to, offer refills and remove unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
