Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus, demonstrate genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guests feel well taken care of and build intent to return
Accurately record food orders, ensuring each guest's meal matches their specifications
Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
Effectively communicate with guests and team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
