Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus, demonstrate genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guests feel well taken care of and build intent to return
- Accurately record food orders, ensuring each guest's meal matches their specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
