We are currently seeking enthusiastic and courteous servers to join our team. This role is vital in providing promptly efficient and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Servers are responsible for greeting guests warmly, seating them comfortably, efficiently taking and serving orders, handling guest payments, clearing tables, and resetting them promptly for the next guests. The role requires a strong understanding and application of IHOP's Service Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Servers must memorize menu items, terminology, and plating details, and effectively address guest complaints in a courteous, professional, and timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $2.13 plus tips, with opportunities for full-time or part-time employment. The role requires physical stamina as the employee will frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds while maintaining focus on guest experience and safety. This role requires on-site work with varied shifts including day, night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
