Lucky Strike Entertainment is currently hiring Part-Time Lane Servers for the AMF Eastbrook Lanes location. The Lane Server acts as a world-class ambassador for the entertainment center by interacting directly with guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for learning and communicating the menu, promotions, and specials to guests, while also helping guests with any questions, requests, or issues they might have. This role involves checking back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, recommending additional services or upselling experiences, keeping the center clean, and organizing your work area efficiently. The work environment is typical of entertainment venues, involving standing, walking, bending, and some light lifting, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming space for all visitors.
