This company specializes in senior living communities that go beyond traditional care. Wallick Senior Living ensures its residents live their best lives through meaningful activities, nutritious and delicious meals, and round-the-clock support. Wallick is not only focused on the well-being of its residents but also values the growth and satisfaction of its employees, offering career development, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.
The Server position at Ashford of Beavercreek is a full-time role with a pay rate of $14 per hour. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in an assisted living or memory care setting. The role involves taking care of residents' meal requests during mealtimes, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment, and supporting the team by assisting with various tasks related to dining services.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents by being attentive to their needs, setting up dining areas, stocking beverages, and maintaining cleanliness. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and residents alike. Prior serving or waitstaff experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to make a difference are highly valued.
Wallick Senior Living offers an exceptional benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of employment, gym membership reimbursement, paid parental leave, 401K plans, and paid time off.
