Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Flexible and compassionate attitude
Strong communication skills
Reliable and able to work full-time

Job Qualifications

Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Good communication skills with both coworkers and residents
Experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus
Eagerness to learn and make a difference

Job Duties

Take care of residents' meal requests during mealtimes
Set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward
Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents
Make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available
Pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents
