Wallick is currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Full-Time Server for its Ashford of Beavercreek location. This role is pivotal within the organization, as it directly affects the daily dining experiences and overall quality of life for residents. Servers at Wallick Senior Living not only deliver outstanding meal service but also contribute to a nurturing community that values connection and personalized care. The Server’s responsibilities include attending to residents’ meal requests during mealtimes, ensuring the dining area is prepared and clean, and maintaining stocked beverage stations such as the juice bar and coffee service. Attention to detail in setting tables with clean utensils, cups, and glasses is crucial for delivering a pleasant dining atmosphere. The role also requires teamwork and the willingness to assist in other tasks that enhance the residents’ experience and contribute to the smooth operation of the dining service.
