The role of a Server at Cooper's Hawk is pivotal in delivering this exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum six months of server experience
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours
  • Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
  • Comfort discussing food and wine
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Compliance with legal alcohol service guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of server experience
  • Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred
  • Comfort speaking about food, wine, and Wine Club offerings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for hospitality and teamwork
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

Job Duties
