Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Capability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear protective gear and adhere to hygiene protocols
- Availability to work flexible, varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and tips
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly and efficiently
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and seek resolutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the shift
