Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic math and cash handling skills
- compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- must have or be able to obtain a state-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and service orientation
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- work well in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- have an awareness of food allergens and take proper steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs
- operate the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
