The Server position is integral to the dining experience at Hemenway's, where warm hospitality and attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. In this role, servers interact directly with patrons, presenting menus, answering questions, and suggesting food and beverage options. Servers will utilize the POS system to accurately record orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks. Observing diners attentively to respond promptly to additional requests is essential, as is managing bill payment efficiently.
