Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years experience serving in a high-end restaurant setting
  • must be fluent in English
  • must have legal work authorization in the United States
  • flexible schedule with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • positive and outgoing attitude
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent experience
  • at least 1-3 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant setting
  • fluent in English
  • excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • positive and outgoing attitude
  • ability to learn internal operational systems such as Opera, hotsos/rex, and Mobile App
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Provide an expertly served beverage or dining experience anticipating guests' needs
  • act as an expert on menu options and preparation methods
  • deliver food to guests promptly
  • clear tables and assist server assistants
  • fully understand the menu including entrees, preparation, and taste
  • use Point of Sale system accurately
  • coordinate food timing and transport items to guest tables
  • build rapport with guests through exceptional service
