Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in food service
Active Food Handler’s Certification
Active TABC Certification
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Good communication skills
Must be able to perform physical tasks related to the job

Job Qualifications

Active Food Handler’s Certification
Active TABC Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to safely carry multiple plates or trays
Strong work ethic with a commitment to customer service
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner
Maintain a well-stocked kitchen with clean dishes ready for use
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food preparation and service
Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards consistently
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into the point-of-sale system
Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
Refill beverages and address special requests positively
Maintain clean and organized dining areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor
