Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- No prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Attend to guests’ needs with a positive and friendly attitude
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials and promotions
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage multiple tables and ensure timely service
- Participate in team efforts to maintain cleanliness and organization
