Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating delivering and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking placing and serving food and beverage orders as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout how tables are divided into server areas and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Executes proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced team-work environment
  • Collaborates with kitchen and management staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
