Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous serving experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- maintain clean and organized dining areas
- handle guest payments and process transactions
- adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout shift
