Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
  • must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
  • must be able to ensure product prepared and presented according to company requirements

Job Duties

  • Greets customers and serves food and beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • applies suggestive selling techniques
  • records orders and ensures prompt placement
  • follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • removes unneeded dishes and utensils
  • prepares appetizers, desserts and beverages
  • seats customers in order of arrival
  • introduces daily features
  • collects payment according to cash handling procedures
  • clears remaining items from tables
  • cleans and presets tables
  • performs cleaning and stocking duties
  • assists other service personnel periodically
  • resolves guest complaints and notifies management
