- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
- must be able to ensure product prepared and presented according to company requirements

Job Duties
- Greets customers and serves food and beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- applies suggestive selling techniques
- records orders and ensures prompt placement
- follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- removes unneeded dishes and utensils
- prepares appetizers, desserts and beverages
- seats customers in order of arrival
- introduces daily features
- collects payment according to cash handling procedures
- clears remaining items from tables
- cleans and presets tables
- performs cleaning and stocking duties
- assists other service personnel periodically
- resolves guest complaints and notifies management
