Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Physical ability to exert mobility for long periods up to four hours
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide a friendly first impression
Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Anticipate guest needs and ensure excellent customer service
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and dining room staff
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by using disinfectant cleaning supplies
Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings
