Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Provide attentive service by anticipating guest needs and promptly addressing any requests
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy
- Handle payment transactions and process customer checks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
