The Server role at Red Lobster is an essential part of the guest experience, involving direct interaction with customers to ensure an enjoyable dining visit. As a Server, individuals will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, assisting them with menu selections through suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and accurately taking and entering orders using the point-of-sale system. The role requires timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, regular check-ins to fulfill refill requests, clearing tables, and presenting checks efficiently. Servers must adhere to all food safety standards while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
