Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
Manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils, and technology
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Visual ability to adjust focus, work in dim lighting
Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Responsible Beverage Service certification required for California roles

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn menu items and upselling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Responsible Beverage Service certification (California positions) or willingness to obtain
