They are expected to exceed customer expectations through friendly, prompt, and attentive service, using their thorough knowledge of the menu to confidently recommend and upsell items. Duties include preparing food and condiments to Outback standards, ensuring accurate guest orders, bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. This position requires teamwork, supporting multiple areas of the restaurant as needed.
