The server must be knowledgeable about menu items to make recommendations and answer questions confidently. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately is also a key responsibility, requiring attention to detail and trustworthiness.

In addition to service duties, the server plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. This includes prepping tables with the appropriate equipment, napkins, and decorations before service, as well as clearing and cleaning guest areas throughout and after service. The server actively monitors guest satisfaction, checks in regularly with customers, and communicates any feedback or issues to management and relevant team members. Collaboration with other staff, including food truck operators and management, ensures seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.

We are seeking individuals who can handle multiple tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and uphold sanitation, food safety, and bar-specific safety protocols including fire prevention and emergency response. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and special events. A commitment to maintaining a hazard-free environment for guests and staff is essential to this role.
