Job Requirements

No formal education required
minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
basic math skills
excellent communication and customer service abilities
must be able to pass criminal and drug background testing
comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and events
familiarity with bar-specific safety protocols, including fire prevention and emergency response
ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
commitment to maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
basic math skills
extremely detail-oriented
excellent written and oral communication skills
strong leadership and time management skills
excellent communication and customer service abilities
must be able to pass criminal and drug background testing
familiarity with bar-specific safety protocols, including fire prevention and emergency response
ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
take orders and serve drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
uphold sanitation and food safety principles
maintain a clean and organized work area
prepping, clearing, and cleaning guest areas to be presentable at all times
check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
relay reports on customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
assist setting up tables before service with appropriate equipment, napkins and decorations
communicate effectively with other team members, including the food truck operators and management
handle various impromptu requests from customers
other duties as assigned
