Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Committed to making a positive impact in guest experiences
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours per shift
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Physical stamina to perform job duties effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including usage of protective coverings
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately
