The role available is for a part-time Server at Red Lobster. As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive dining experience for guests by providing excellent customer service. This includes welcoming guests with a smile, suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts, accurately taking and entering food and drink orders into the POS system, and delivering orders in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for checking back with guests throughout their meal to provide refills and clear any used items from the table. At the end of the dining experience, you will deliver and settle the check promptly, while thanking guests and inviting them to return. Moreover, maintaining food safety standards throughout your duties is essential.
