Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations through maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications and ensure guest receipts match dining party numbers
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
