This opportunity is for a non-exempt, hourly position at a rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips. Your duties will span from delivering friendly, prompt, and attentive service to upholding the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. You’ll develop a strong knowledge of the menu, confidently making recommendations and upselling to enhance every guest’s dining experience. The position also involves preparing food and condiments to Outback standards, ensuring accurate order delivery, and supporting all restaurant areas as required, highlighting the importance of teamwork.
