This particular role is a Part-Time Server position within the Healthcare Foodservice team at Phoebe Berks in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. As a Server with Elior's Cura-Hospitality brand, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for a diverse array of customers in a healthcare environment. The position offers no late night shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance, while providing competitive weekly pay starting at $12.65 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The Server's responsibilities include greeting customers promptly and courteously, explaining menu specials and items clearly, and taking accurate orders. You will also be tasked with following up on customers' needs to ensure a satisfying meal experience, while rigorously adhering to health and safety standards. The role demands strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to delight and satisfy guests consistently.
