Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly
- Provide detailed menu information and recommend specials and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
