Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 in restaurants that free pour alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must meet Denny's uniform and grooming standards and maintain them throughout the shift
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must possess excellent guest service skills
- Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival and acknowledge them at departure
- Seat guests using proper arrival order and rotation procedures
- Suggestively sell menu items and achieve guest check average targets
- Accurately enter orders on point of sale system
- Prepare beverage orders and certain appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly according to standards
- Attend to guests throughout their dining experience in a courteous manner
