Job Duties
- Take guest orders
- Fulfill guest requests
- Carry hot and cold plates to guests
- Lift and carry trays with drinks
- Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage
- Process payments
- Make change
- Perform light cleaning
- Interact professionally with guests
- Complete side work
- Take garbage and recycling to dumpster if applicable
- Sweep floors
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Conduct restroom checks
- Maintain restaurant in like-new condition during and after shifts
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
