Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages where applicable
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- state-mandated beverage service certification where required
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and allergen handling preferred
- familiarity with POS system operations
- certification in beverage service where applicable
Job Duties
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures and maintain awareness of food allergens
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the POS system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures
- obtain and maintain required state-mandated beverage service certification
- provide friendly and efficient service to create memorable dining experiences
