We are currently seeking a part-time Server to join our culinary team. This role is vital in ensuring that residents experience outstanding dining service in our Community dining rooms. The Server is responsible for table service and maintaining a pleasant dining environment for seniors. This position offers flexible scheduling with no late nights, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking work-life balance. The starting pay for this role is $15.00 per hour, with additional benefits that make the job rewarding.

As a Server at Friendship Village, you will be setting tables, taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables to maintain cleanliness and order during and after meal service. Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude are key to excelling in this role as you will interact directly with our senior residents, ensuring their dining needs are met graciously and courteously. Experience in a similar hospitality environment, such as a restaurant, hotel, or club with fine dining, is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
