Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time and in full uniform
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs for short distances
- Ability to work with varying noise levels
- Works with numbers and handles cash accurately
- Washes hands every 30 minutes as per safety guidelines
- Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- Supports all front-of-house functions as needed
- Positive communication with team and management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic reading and handwriting skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greets guests warmly and acknowledges all guests within five feet
- Follows steps of service as outlined in training materials
- Provides highest level of service adhering to company standards
- Serves alcoholic beverages according to state and company regulations
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Ensures menu knowledge to address guest questions including allergies
- Collaborates with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Notifies management of any potential issues
- Works assigned stations including To Go station
- Stocks and organizes server stations and front-of-house areas properly
