Job Requirements

  • Arrives to work on time and in full uniform
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs for short distances
  • Ability to work with varying noise levels
  • Works with numbers and handles cash accurately
  • Washes hands every 30 minutes as per safety guidelines
  • Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
  • Supports all front-of-house functions as needed
  • Positive communication with team and management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic reading and handwriting skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets guests warmly and acknowledges all guests within five feet
  • Follows steps of service as outlined in training materials
  • Provides highest level of service adhering to company standards
  • Serves alcoholic beverages according to state and company regulations
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • Ensures menu knowledge to address guest questions including allergies
  • Collaborates with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
  • Notifies management of any potential issues
  • Works assigned stations including To Go station
  • Stocks and organizes server stations and front-of-house areas properly
