Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness and safety

Job Duties
- Work in team-oriented high-volume fast-paced guest-centric environment
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests
- Guide guests through menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of food beverages and ingredients
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages meeting or exceeding guests expectations
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds intent to return
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean sanitized and safe restaurant
