We are currently seeking a Server to join our community team. The Server role is essential in ensuring residents and guests receive exceptional dining experiences in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position involves taking meal and drink orders, serving food promptly, and addressing residents’ needs with courtesy and attentiveness. Our Servers play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and side stations, while upholding safety and hospitality standards. Working as a Server at Integral Senior Living means making a direct, positive impact on seniors’ daily lives by delivering attentive service and fostering a friendly dining environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physical tasks
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Must enjoy working with seniors
  • Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
  • Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
  • Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
  • Maintain all side stations and dining areas
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
