Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year's experience as a server in a fast-casual restaurant
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
