Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year's experience as a server in a fast-casual restaurant
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
