Job Requirements

- be at least 14 years old
- willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- maintain patient and tactful composure while dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Job Duties
- Greet residents by name
- take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
- serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- maintain a clean, attractive, and smoothly operating dining room
- assist during special events and catered functions
- provide attentive and friendly customer service
- follow all safety and hygiene standards
