Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- customer service orientation
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of issues
- create a fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify management when necessary
- greet guests promptly
- take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain menu knowledge
- enter orders into Micros system
- ensure food presentation and delivery
- work efficiently using full hands in/full hands out philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables
- assist team members as needed
- complete station side work at shift start and end
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion control guidelines
- maintain guest satisfaction by checking back and pre-bussing
- keep station clean
- maintain positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests
- operate Micros and manage money
- read and communicate in English
- listen effectively
- adhere to dress code
- be at least 18 years old
