Job Description

The Server role is integral in maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect. This position requires more than just basic food service skills; it demands a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create a memorable dining experience. Servers will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, demonstrating suggestive selling techniques to enhance dining experience and boost sales, accurately taking food and beverage orders, as well as preparing food items when necessary. In addition, servers will manage payment transactions efficiently and handle the clearing and resetting of tables to maintain the restaurant's flow and cleanliness.

Customer satisfaction is paramount, and servers will play a critical role in this by promptly addressing and resolving any guest complaints and escalating issues to management when required. This position also demands physical stamina and agility, as servers must be able to move around the work area comfortably and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling is mandatory to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
