Red Lobster is currently seeking dedicated and energetic Servers to join their team. This role is crucial to the restaurant’s mission as it involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. Servers are responsible for warmly welcoming each guest, suggestively selling menu items like drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and accurately entering their orders using the POS system. They must also efficiently deliver food and beverages, check back to provide refills, clear the table as needed, and settle checks promptly while maintaining friendly and professional communication. Compliance with all food safety standards is strictly required to ensure guest safety and quality. The position requires physical endurance as servers will be moving around the restaurant and standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts, often needing to lift up to 30 pounds safely.
