Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
  • ensure customers are well taken care of, offer refills, and remove any unused items
  • present and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
