Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen or bar promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill them proactively
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Clean and set up dining areas before, during, and after service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
