Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
  • Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
  • Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen or bar promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill them proactively
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Clean and set up dining areas before, during, and after service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
