Job Description

We are a vibrant restaurant group dedicated to creating authentic and inspiring experiences for the communities we serve. Our journey is fueled by the passion and contributions of countless incredible individuals, both past and present, who share a common mission: to make people feel good. Our culture is deeply rooted in values that keep us united despite the uniqueness of each team member. We believe in being authentic and humble, acting with integrity, bringing good energy, achieving extraordinary results, working as a team, and inspiring with hospitality. These values are more than just words—they represent the foundation of how we operate and engage with our guests and each other.

The role we are offering is that of a Server, a crucial position within our hospitality team. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering a full-service experience to our guests. Your responsibilities include guiding guests through the ordering process, accurately inputting orders into the POS system, delivering food and beverages promptly, presenting the check efficiently, and handling payments. Working collaboratively with other service staff, you will ensure that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Success in this role requires an unparalleled love, passion, and commitment to making others feel good. Attention to detail and upholding high standards are essential. You will be expected to support and uplift your teammates, serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador, and spread positive energy throughout each shift. The ability to remain calm under pressure and operate with a sense of urgency is vital, as is a creative approach to solving problems and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Joining our team means becoming part of a culture that values hospitality in the restaurant industry. Postino WineCafe, our flagship brand, is known for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and offers unlimited opportunities for career advancement. We provide support for your professional journey, including beverage and culinary development. The friendships and working relationships you build here will be meaningful and long-lasting. We also believe in recognizing and rewarding your contributions, ensuring you have a voice within the organization.

Our benefits package reflects our commitment to supporting our team members. We offer meal discounts and perks, competitive wages paid weekly, earned paid sick time, and a 401K plan with company match. You can pursue professional certifications such as Level 1 and 2 Sommelier and Cicerone Certification, with reimbursement upon successful completion. We provide flexible spending and dependent care options, medical, dental, and vision insurance when eligible, and access to Teladoc services after 30 days of eligibility. Additionally, enrolling in medical benefits grants you fitness discounts and access to mental wellness programs. We also observe holidays by giving Thanksgiving and Christmas off. This role is ideal for individuals who seek a dynamic work environment with flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights, and the chance to grow within a reputable and supportive restaurant group.
