Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
- Must walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, and stoop
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must adhere to dress code and maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert management as necessary
- Greet guests promptly and accurately take food and drink orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation
- Enter orders into Micros accurately
- Ensure proper garnishing and delivery of food trays
- Work efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Bus and reset tables
- Assist other team members as needed
- Complete station side work at beginning and end of shift
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Follow portion guidelines for cost control
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery
- Keep station clean and organized
- Maintain favorable working relationships
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Operate Micros system accurately
- Maintain professional appearance
- Be at least 18 years of age
