We are currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Servers, Waitresses, and Waiters for our dine-in food and beverage service positions. These roles are integral to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to our guests, acting as the front line team members who ensure every dining experience is memorable. Serving at P.F. This position offers competitive pay starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various lifestyles. As a Server at P.F. Chang's, you will be expected to deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating guest needs, providing attentive service, and guiding guests through their dining choices. You will have a deep understanding of the menu to help guests select the perfect dishes while being able to answer any questions they may have. You will also manage the entire dining journey including taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, processing payments, and mastering the restaurant’s seating layout to efficiently serve guests. Embodying professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for food service are essential in this role.
