The role of a Server at Sagora Senior Living is integral to the dining experience and overall satisfaction of the residents. Servers at Sagora perform various tasks, from setup, meal prep, serving, cleanup to delivering meals as needed. They maintain the dining room to ensure it is presentable and service-ready and have responsibilities that include collecting dishes and utensils during mealtimes and participating in deep cleaning the kitchen monthly to uphold hygiene standards. Beyond the operational tasks, servers play a crucial role in resident engagement, ensuring timely service, prompt order taking, and addressing any special requests or needs to enhance the dining experience.
