Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and be active for most of the shift
- must be at least the legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences
- willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts

- experience serving food and beverages in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment settings

Job Duties
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- connect the dots on why they’re visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf offers
- actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit
- provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- take orders quickly and accurately
- keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- work collaboratively with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
- assist with safety and sanitation standards
- live the Topgolf values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring daily
