Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Anticipates and responds to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assists other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- Performs opening and closing procedures along with side work duties
- Adheres to cleanliness standards and health department laws
