The Server role at BoomerJack's Grill and Bar offers a unique opportunity for energetic, polished service professionals who thrive in fast-paced, lively environments. Servers at BoomerJack’s are expected to provide a memorable "All Star" guest experience, characterized by sincere hospitality and expert knowledge of the restaurant’s scratch-made food and extensive beverage selections, including craft beers and cocktails. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding the company’s high standards in service and appearance. Servers work as part of a cohesive team, fostering a sense of camaraderie and contributing to the restaurant’s reputation as a fun, engaging place for both guests and staff. Job Requirements

  • Food Handler’s permit
  • TABC certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous experience in restaurant service preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide an "All Star," fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
  • Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
  • Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert in our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beer and Cocktails
  • Listen to the guest and provide “All Star Service” that’s just for them
  • Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
