Job Requirements

Ability to stand for periods of time
repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up 35 lbs required

Job Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality
superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills
food and beverage knowledge preferred
the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
must be able to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep your guest experience at the forefront
excellent communication skills
demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials
prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks
always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality
demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail
support all Tom's team members
ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality
promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance
greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed
must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience
